Community Croquet
All ages are welcome to join the fun every Thursday afternoon on the Community Center great lawn in Boca Grande, November through April. Our world-class croquet instructors provide everything needed, so all you need to do is show up and play. Light refreshments are provided, and traditional white attire is not required for this activity.
Our goal is to connect people dedicated to supporting a healthy lifestyle through croquet that is fun and welcoming for all. We strive to make a lasting positive impact on our community by inspiring well-balanced and rewarding lives. Golf Croquet is the most popular version of croquet played around the world. It is very easy to learn and play. All it takes is careful aim and a good eye. You have one shot each turn to try to score the next wicket or keep the opponent from scoring the wicket. Whoever makes it first gets the point and everyone moves to the next wicket in order. The first team to score 7 points wins the game!
